In this role, you will own Pentera’s organic social media channels, playing a key role in defining the strategy, guidelines, and editorial planning processes of our social media campaigns. In addition, you will be assisting our overall communications efforts, contributing to customer-targeted integrated campaigns, and creating content that can be leveraged across channels.You will collaborate closely with our Customer Operation Managers, Sales, HR, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to best communicate with Pentera’s customer-base and wider cyber community.As Social Media Manager at Pentera, you will:Own the social editorial calendar and manage the day-to-day posting on Pentera’s social properties, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and other third-party publication sites. Monitor and respond to audience comments. Write and edit engaging, relevant social post copy that quickly hooks our target audience of cyber experts and generates engagement. Initiate original, creative, and engaging content in different formats to keep our story fresh. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends, potential campaign opportunities, and effective communications strategies.Build and manage community advocacy programs, supporting them with content to post on their social profiles.Plan and execute a paid influencer program that will help to promote our brand message. Write and publish posts on behalf of executives. Ensure content is tailored to reflect their voice and professional persona. Maintain our Brand Ambassador program of internal SME’s. Report on community growth and engagement on a monthly and quarterly basis.As a member of the Brand and Communications team, you will also:Facilitate our customer community webinars, plan the sessions, support set-up and report on program performancePrepare a monthly customer newsletter Apply Job!
