North American Supplier Relationship Manager, Home - Remote
Overview
The North American Supplier Relationship Manager will be responsible for expanding the vendor base and optimizing vendor performance for Quince's home category. In Short Expand home vendor base by sourcing and onboarding new 3P dropship vendors. Negotiate with vendors to optimize performance and cost structure. Ensure vendors meet SLAs and quality standards. Support product setup and optimization for sourced products. Analyze vendor performance to suggest growth opportunities. Serve as an escalation point for negotiations with C-suite members. Identify internal process improvements for vendor management. Collaborate with vendors for performance insights. Act as an ambassador to partners, building relationships. Requirements 8+ years of retail sourcing or category management experience. Proven success in developing relationships and negotiating. Track record of leading successful commercial negotiations. Existing relationships with key 3P home vendors is a plus. Deep understanding of product development processes. Experience in supply chain management or operations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelors Degree preferred.
