Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital banking platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience for customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the digital banking experience. Provide timely and accurate support to customers regarding digital banking inquiries and issues. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in digital banking technology to continuously improve our services. Conduct regular audits to ensure the security and compliance of digital banking platforms. Analyze data and generate reports to track key performance indicators for digital banking operations. Train and educate internal teams on digital banking processes and procedures. Work closely with third-party vendors and service providers to maintain and improve digital banking systems. Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues related to digital banking operations. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote digital banking services and communicate updates or enhancements to customers.
