YouTube & Podcast Editor with EXPERIENCE!
Hello! We're on the hunt for a TALENTED video editors who have PROVEN success on social media with editing for the given Algorithm. Please send your portfolio of Podcast, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook Channels you've edited or are current clients... Please send your current rate for long form and short form content. Long Form = 5-10minutes. Short Form 0-120 seconds. Editing in 2024 on social media requires a precise eye, creativity, and skilled ability to find "safe for YouTube" music and B-Roll that can be used in videos. Our YouTube video strategy requires the use of a lot of TEXT on screen, pattern interrupts, zooms, b-roll and more. Examples of Quality and Style Expected from current Youtube pages: -I Love Basketball -Athletic Motion Golf -Overtime Athletes -Alex Hormozi -Luka Hocevar We are a business that's starting to create more content, so if you perform well, there's a lot of opportunities to edit for us in the future. Please provide a link to your website or portfolio, active channels your currently editing for, as well as any footage or information you feel we should see or hear that helps us better understand your quality of work. We're looking for a combination of SPEED and QUALITY for social media and need someone we can give guidelines but freedom to WORK whom we can trust! Lastly, we need someone who's coachable who won't push back or get upset if we ask for changes. If you're selected as a finalist, we'd like you to take part in a PAID 24-hour, one video TEST. Where we'll pay you a "test fee" (whatever you think is fair) to edit one video against other finalists. This way, we find someone who can turnover high-quality editing quickly, and when there's some pressure.
