Director, Corporate Finance, Financial Closing and Reporting
Description: Lead the Corporate Finance team through month / quarter / annual financial closing and reporting. Responsible for consolidating preliminary results and sharing with Financial Leadership team. Establish and communicate the annual calendar for month / quarter / annual reporting. Partner with the Beigene TM1/System team to manage systems throughout the month closing activities. Present results to the Finance Leadership Team, with high-quality variance analysis. Consolidate final presentations with clear storytelling. Oversee the consolidation of Revenue, COGS, OPEX, and cash flow. Manage a small team in the Corporate Finance team. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field is required. MBA is desirable 10+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis. Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry / biotech is required. Corporate Finance experience is preferred. Advanced user of TM1, Excel, PowerPoint, and Think Cell. People management experience is required. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to deal with strategic topics while also having a hands-on approach.
