Outreach Coordinator (Medical Records Retrieval) Location: Remote, must live in an approved work location Pay: $16.50 Training schedule: M-F, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST Regular schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST Type: Contract (long term, no end date) Hiregy benefits are available during the contract period Start date: Mar 3, or Mar 10, 2025 Job duties: Responsible for contacting and scheduling provider offices using various retrieval methods including mail, fax, electronic, and field as well as recording detailed documentation of all outreaches Scheduling and coordinating with field retrieval technicians to ensure medical record appointments are completed as efficiently as possible Communicate effectively with onshore and offshore team members Provide support and education to provider offices to ensure efficient retrieval of medical records Maintain a high call productivity volume to ensure project deadlines are met. Requirements: No previous commitments MUST have ethernet connection in designated workspace MUST have at least 1+ year of related customer service experience, overcoming objections, outbound calling, etc. MUST be able to make 60 outbound calls minimum a day, be persuasive and able to move the call along to get the medical records person to commit to giving us the records Able to be organized to follow back up to make sure they get the records Background check required Drug screening required Employment and education verification required High school diploma required Career outlook: Gain experience working for a global organization!
