We are looking for an experienced Supervisor of Grievances & Appeals to join our team at Humana. The Supervisor of Grievances & Appeals will be an important part of our organization, ensuring that members receive the appropriate resolution to their grievances, appeals and complaints. The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the grievance and appeal process, the ability to effectively problem-solve and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
