Hybrid work schedule Full benefits health dental vision PTO 401k Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Hybrid Property Accountant to join our dynamic Sales team. This unique role offers a blend of traditional and remote work environments, providing the opportunity to engage with various aspects of property accounting while working with the latest technology. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of accounting principles, property management, and the sales industry. They will also be proficient in ADP Payroll. With a minimum of 3 years of experience, the candidate will be expected to manage multiple properties' financial data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of accounting for assigned properties, including but not limited to, preparing financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Process payroll using ADP Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments to all employees. • Conduct regular audits of property financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • Collaborate with the sales team to understand revenue trends and forecast future profitability. • Liaise with property managers, providing them with accurate financial data to assist in operational decision-making. • Streamline and improve accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy. • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights into property financial performance. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, property management laws and regulations, and industry trends. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in property accounting, preferably in the sales industry. • Proficiency in ADP Payroll is a must. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, property management, and the sales industry. • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in dealing with sensitive financial information.
