Ultra-Chem Inc. (UCI) is excited to welcome a dedicated Live Chat Agent/Online Chat Representative to our customer support team. Since our founding in 1987, we have made it our mission to provide exceptional customer service to our clients in the specialty chemical sector. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries and providing product information in real-time through our online chat platform. This role requires a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to respond swiftly and accurately to a range of queries while fostering a positive experience.
