We offer full-service architectural and engineering services and are a growing team made up of technical and creative people who love design.Why join us?Work Environment+,This position requires the ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.• This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.• This position requires the physical dexterity and ability to negotiate around an office area, and around a crowded and busy working area, including construction sites.Terms of Employment and Benefits• Salary, full-time, exempt, benefits, position.• Competitive compensation.• A collaborative and professional environment.• Work-life purpose and fulfillment.• Health, dental, and vision insurance and flex-spending accounts.• 401(K) retirement plan options with up to a company match.Job DetailsKey ResponsibilitiesConcept & Schematic Design -• Develop and refine design concepts based on client needs.• Produce schematic drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and 3D images.• Collaborate with the Interior Designer, Project Architect, and Project Manager.Final Design -• Translate client requirements into detailed designs.• Coordinate the architectural design with site, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.• Assist in developing project specifications.Architectural Programming -• Engage with clients to define project goals and requirements.• Analyze site conditions and develop a project summary document.Construction Documents & Administration -• Finalize design details and coordinate with other disciplines.• Review submittals, respond to RFIs, and participate in punch list reviews.Business Development -• Develop preliminary design concepts for proposals.• Present design ideas during client interviews.Qualifications -• Master of Architecture (Required)• Licensed Architect (Required)• 5-10 or more years of experience, preferably in educationInterested in hearing more?
