Project Period: October to December (3 months) Compensation: Annotator: $41 per valid audio hour Quality Assurance (QA): $30 per valid audio hour Career Progression: Annotator > Quality Inspector > Supervisor (limited positions available) Key Responsibilities: As an Annotator: • Carefully transcribe audio according to guidelines and submit your work. • Collaborate on modifications based on quality feedback. As a Quality Inspector (QA): • Evaluate and enhance the quality of annotations. • Provide constructive feedback to annotators for improvement. • Return low-level errors to annotators for correction without extended assistance. As a Supervisor: • Receive additional compensation for management responsibilities. • Train new team members on platform operations and procedures. • Answer questions and provide guidance, leading regular review meetings. • Monitor and assess team quality, selecting newly qualified annotators and inspectors. • Assist the Project Manager in managing team dynamics, including notifications, data conditions, and feedback. What We Need: • Native speaker of Bashkir. • Experience in transcription. • Strong reading comprehension skills in English. • Ability to commit 3-4 hours of work per day.
