We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Administrative and Creative Assistant to support our business operations and creative projects. This role will primarily focus on scheduling follow-up emails, creating lead lists, and assisting with organizational tasks. Additionally, a background in design is highly desirable, as the role will involve creating brand assets, updating our website, and designing marketing materials. Over time, the position may expand to include video editing responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Schedule and send follow-up emails to clients, prospects, and partners. • Research and compile lead lists to support business development efforts. • Organize and maintain digital records and documentation for efficient workflow. • Assist with the creation and design of brand assets, including website updates, one-pagers, and promotional materials. • Collaborate with the team to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and objectives. • Contribute to brainstorming and executing creative campaigns and visual content. Requirements: • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in email scheduling tools • Experience with lead generation and data organization. • Design proficiency using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or Figma. • Knowledge of web design tools and platforms like WordPress or Wix is a plus. • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to balance administrative and creative tasks. • Video editing experience (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a bonus but not required. • Availability to work 20 hours per week. • Ability to overlap 2-3 hours daily with Pacific Time (US).
