Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers through online chat, responding to their inquiries and providing accurate product information • Assist in scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our products and services Requirements: • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory • Basic understanding of internet and computer-based systems • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances • Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills Salary Details:The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,000 and $70,000, based on experience.
