About the position As a Senior Product Manager in Pricing at Target, you will lead the vision, strategy, and capability development of the centralized price management capability for the enterprise. This role focuses on improving affordability for guests while making impactful prioritization decisions that influence the competitive retail landscape. You will work closely with various teams to evaluate pricing strategies, utilizing data science and competitive intelligence to set optimal prices. Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive product strategy, maintaining a product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. Responsibilities • Lead the vision, strategy, and capability development of the centralized price management capability. , • Evaluate current pricing strategies and set optimal prices using data science and competitive intelligence. , • Develop a comprehensive product strategy and related roadmap for pricing management. , • Maintain a product backlog prioritizing high-impact work for the team and stakeholders. , • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, UX designers, and data scientists to deliver the product. , • Act as the 'voice of the product' to key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met. Requirements • Four-year degree or equivalent experience. , • 6+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain experience, preferably in supply chain or digital. , • Experience leading integrated business decisioning user interface applications. , • Understanding of merchandising lifecycle, focusing on in-season management and price lifecycle. , • Experience with technology and facilitating communication between business and technology teams. , • Experience working in an agile environment, including user stories and iterative development. , • Demonstrated interest in business implementation in financial forecasting models.
