About the position The Data Entry Clerk position at Henry Schein involves entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces, verifying customer warranty claims, and accurately inputting data into various software programs. The role also includes acting as a backup for Customer Service Representatives during high call volumes and participating in special projects as needed. Responsibilities Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces , Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims , Accurately enters data into corresponding fields within various software programs , Completes warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy , Acts as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives by assisting with taking overflow telephone calls during high call volume , Works with Microsoft Office , Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required. Requirements Previous experience in a relevant position desired , Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred , High School degree or equivalent required , Ability to read, understand and perform standard procedures and work instructions , Basic math and logic skills required , Basic computer skills and software use (email, document prep, and spreadsheets) desired.
