You will work closely with various departments to coordinate daily activities, maintain safety standards, and enhance the overall guest experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years experience in park operations or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency procedures. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and guest services. 2. Monitor park facilities and attractions to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. 3. Implement and enforce park policies and procedures. 4. Assist with training and development of park staff. 5. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute special events and promotions. 7. Maintain accurate records and reports related to park operations.
