Position: Part-Time Receptionist (Remote Work Available) Job Overview... We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and technology-savvy individual to join our dynamic music school as a Part-Time Receptionist. You will serve as the first point of contact for students, families, and visitors, playing an integral role in ensuring that our daily operations run seamlessly while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Key Responsibilities • Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Manage phone and email communications, ensuring timely and courteous responses. • Oversee incoming calls and emails to guarantee all inquiries are addressed promptly. • Facilitate student enrollments and efficiently schedule music lessons. • Communicate information regarding upcoming events to students, staff, and parents. • Handle social media postings to engage our music community. • Create and distribute a monthly newsletter highlighting school news, events, and student achievements. • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics and promotion. Required Skills • Outstanding communication skills through phone and email, with a warm and personable approach. • Excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) for promotional activities. • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Click Funnels) is advantageous. • Experience or proficiency with design tools (Canva) is a plus. • A genuine passion for music and the arts is preferred. • A positive, team-oriented attitude focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • A passion for music and the arts is highly desirable.

Compensation

And Benefits • Competitive hourly wage based on experience. • Part-time schedule (20+ hours per week), primarily from 3 PM to 7 PM, Monday to Thursday. • Option for remote work on Fridays.
