Title: Digital Marketing Analyst Duration: 3 months Location: 100% remote Okay—some onsite would be nice near Milwaukee, WI Position: Codeworks is seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant to support our Client’s Digital Content and Platforms team in transforming our digital marketing efforts to increase speed to market, drive consistency, and enhance technical compliance through effective content management. Responsibilities: • Content Management Systems: Manage and optimize content changes within our CMS and DAM platforms with attention to detail and quality assurance. • Governance: Develop and implement content governance workflows based on existing policies and procedures to maintain quality and relevance of content. • SEO: Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify SEO opportunities and optimize content within management systems for search engines. Verbalize strategies based on findings with clear action items and next steps. • Accessibility: Conduct compliance audits to ensure website changes comply with content accessibility guidelines. Verbalize strategies based on findings with clear action items and next steps. • Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to digital marketing technology, CMS platforms, SEO, and accessibility standards, applying this knowledge to continuously enhance our marketing capabilities. • Team Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing and technology development teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Required Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus in content management system proficiency, content marketing, content governance, SEO and Accessibility. • CMS optimization, preferably in the financial services industry. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, technology, or related field • Familiarity with web accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG) • Excellent communications and collaboration skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Can self-solve when faced with an issue • Exceptional task management Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Optimizely/Episerver CMS, SiteImprove, SEMrush, JIRA, Adobe Analytics or similar web analytics tools. • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript • Certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or related fields Codeworks L.L.C. is a full-service IT Consulting and Staffing Services company.
