Job title User Experience Architect Location Remote ( Preferred Local to MD ... Rate $80/hr on C2C ( Few Flexibility ) Visa USC, GC JD Responsibilities • Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, copy editors, marketers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and create impactful solutions. • Participate in the product strategy process, including planning, brainstorming, and defining criteria for the roadmap of the communications and content lane. • Facilitate workshops across stakeholders to identify problems and design solutions that meet business objectives. • Conceptualize and develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts. • Conduct UX research to gain a deep understanding of user workflows and identify pain points and opportunities for optimization. • Work closely with engineering teams to implement designs and ensure consistency between the concept and the final deliverable. • Provide and seek feedback from other designers and stakeholders through regular reviews, critiques, and workshops. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing and building web and mobile experiences. • Strong portfolio demonstrating an outcome-focused, well-defined design process. • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar. • Conversational knowledge of basic web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Experience working in Agile environments. • Proven expertise in generative research and creating solutions driven by strategic insights. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams. • Experience designing inclusive, accessible experiences that comply with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
