This is a remote position. P OS I TI O N S UM M A R Y ... We seek a highly organised and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Managing Director and ensure the organisation's efficient operation. In this role, you will communicate and collaborate with various team members to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, resourceful and has excellent communication skills. DU T I E S A N D R ES P ONSIBI L IT IE S : • Manage and prioritise a variety of tasks and projects. • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Organize and maintain files, records, and virtual databases. • Prepare and edit corresponde nce, reports, and presentations. • Assist with the creation and editing of content for various platforms. • Conduct research and compile information as needed. • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. • Provide general administrative support as needed. Requirements

R E QU I R E D E D UC A TI O N A N D W O RK E X P E R I E N C E : • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools - Essential • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently. • Detail-oriented and able to work independently. • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information securely. This role will be working on the EST for Australia, and working hours will be 6 am to 3 pm Reporting to the Managing Director Apply Job!
