Duties • Perform root cause analysis on identified issues to determine underlying problems and recommend solutions. • Support the implementation of quality assurance processes and best practices within the team. • Provide technical support as needed to resolve issues reported by users. Requirements • Proven experience in quality assurance or content moderation • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and processes. • Experience in root cause analysis techniques to troubleshoot issues effectively/ • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
