Minimum Eligibility Requirements: • Only individuals who have reached the age of 18 or above are eligible. • Mastery of fundamental mathematical concepts is a critical requirement for students in all academic disciplines. • Experience in serving customers previously. • Being capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and excelling under stressful situations. • Forklift certification via F&D may be a requirement for certain job positions. • In some states, heavy equipment certification mandates a drug test clearance according to the law. Physical/Sensory Requirements: • The capacity to apply a force ranging from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently is necessary for lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or moving objects. • Regularly utilize hands and fingers to touch or manipulate items. • Consistent engagement in activities that involve extended periods of standing, walking, using hand and arm movements for reaching, climbing, and balancing.
