Responsibilities • Accurately enter and update member information in the database. • Maintain and organize electronic and physical records as per established protocols. • Verify accuracy of data entered and make corrections as needed. • Generate reports to track and analyze participation in programs and services. • Assist in developing new data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Collaborate with team members across departments to gather necessary data inputs. • Respond to inquiries regarding data and assist staff with data-related issues. Requirements • Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role. • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies. • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
