Operations Excellence (Manufacturing) We are looking for professionals who have worked in manufacturing operations and understand the challenges and solutions related to operations excellence in manufacturing industries. This masterclass would involve sharing with our executive learners some of the following topics; evolution of manufacturing excellence and key capabilities required in optimizing cost, quality, reliability use of manufacturing best practices like lean, 5S, 6Sigma, TQM technology in manufacturing operations - industry 4.0, automation, predictive maintenance, IOT, ML, AI in manufacturing The successful candidate will bring a wealth of industry experience in manufacturing operations and a passion for teaching to help our strategic management understand best practices in the above areas.
