Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing typing services, managing data entry tasks, and supporting various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Responsibilities • Accurately transcribe audio recordings, handwritten notes, and other documents into digital formats. • Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and maintaining records. • Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity. • Manage and organize electronic files and folders. • Respond to emails and other communications in a timely and professional manner. • Provide general administrative support as needed. • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data and information. Requirements • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role. • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus.
