The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruiting qualified team members by advertising effectively on job boards, promoting referrals, pursuing community contacts, and using other creative methods. This position will work directly with business leaders, and drive quality hires for positions at various levels. Primary tasks include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hire. High Volume - Cannabis industry recruitment experience highly preferred Responsibilities: • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting including resume screening, candidate phone screens, candidate communications, and coordination of interviews. • Assist with the development of recruitment strategies designed to identify and attract qualified candidates through various recruiting tools. • Collaborate with other members of the HR team and Hiring Managers to fully understand current recruiting and identify future hiring needs of the business. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to effectively write accurate job postings. • Administer and execute recruitment processes to hire for current openings and proactively develop pipeline of talent for various positions within the company. • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to place and update job postings on various media outlets, including internet and social networks. • Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Effectively communicates with applicants and selected candidates, ensuring that they receive proper guidance and direction throughout the entire process. Requirements/Experience: • Thorough understanding of recruitment methods and best practices. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent time management skills. • Strong interpersonal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • High level of integrity and professionalism. • Ability to function and thrive in a fast-paced environment Apply Job!
