What We Offer • Flexible full-time or part-time hours to fit your schedule • 1099 contract with the possibility of renewal • Customizable caseload to align with your preferences Key Responsibilities • Conduct virtual assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs and eligibility for special education services. • Develop and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that meet each student’s unique learning goals. • Provide engaging and effective direct instruction and support through our online platform, ensuring each student makes progress. • Collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a cohesive and supportive educational experience. • Maintain thorough records and documentation of student progress, services delivered, and all communications. Qualifications • Master's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field. • Valid state teaching certification in Special Education. • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Special Educator. • Comfort and proficiency with virtual instruction tools and technology. • Strong communication skills with the ability to build meaningful connections in a virtual environment. • A dedicated, student-centered approach to delivering high-quality education and support to students with diverse learning needs.
