Job Description

Amazon is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Torrance, California. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, which are critical to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide information on products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.

Educational Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
