Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support via phone, chat, or email. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Apple hardware and software. • Educate customers on Apple products and services, helping them to maximize their usage and enjoyment. • Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately. • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, services, and technologies. Requirements: • A quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet connectivity. • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. • Access to a Mac or PC and a headset with a microphone.
