Communicate w/ patients, providers & insurance payers via telephone & email. ? Verify Patient?s Insurance Coverage. ? Claims, Denials, Appeals, etc. ? Billing and Coding. ? Receive inbound and outbound calls from Patients and Insurance providers. Job Requirements ? Minimum of 1-year recent experience with Medical Insurance (Prior Authorization e.g.). ? Experience w/ Medicare/Medicaid program administration. ? Insurance Verification and claim adjudication or medical billing. ? Must have NO attendance issues. ? Reside in the state of Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Texas, or Utah to be considered.
