Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with our organizational goals. Sourcing and Outreach: Engage potential candidates through various channels, including cold calling, to build a strong talent pool. Candidate Screening: Evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit to ensure they meet our standards. Candidate Experience: Provide a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Employer Branding: Represent our organization positively to candidates and other stakeholders. Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to refine and improve our strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand and address hiring needs. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices adhere to relevant laws and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred. No prior recruitment experience required; recent graduates are welcome to apply. Strong communication and organizational skills.
