Live chat agent USA ONLY (Remote) Full-Time/Part-Time Salary: $18 - $30/Hour We are looking for a live chat agent • Insure all agent vendors understand and execute the sales strategy and set sales goals for the agent vendors • Ensure that all customer leads • Work in an integrated manner with property management to understand demographics, branding and booking objectives • Assist booking team in sharing information with Contract Managers for various venues including but not limited to drafting, tracking, and summarizing deal points • Serve as company's liaison to the talent and coordinate flawless execution of audition process • Perform tasks that require standing and/or moving at a fast pace for periods of up to eight hours • Create and manage reports and spreadsheets as needed to track various booking and scheduling activities • Prepare order to replenish stock at bar to pre-determined par levels • Provide day-to-day support of all event scheduling and booking functions including... pro formas, offers, tour histories event related contracts and post event summary • Host industry & civic leaders at world class events • Maintain agent channel portfolio effectively to avoid potential conflicts with other sales team members • Ensure the sales team's understanding of new products and provides product feedback • Motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales goals • Achieving or exceeding planned sales budget for the agent channel by training, motivating, and monitoring all agent vendors • Maximize sales opportunities, ensure high quality product delivery and customer service • Assist in finding, securing and on-boarding outside vendors to perform in the park or at special events • Navigate in, on or around scenic elements associated with specific shows and acts in potentially dark and restricted spaces Kindly fill in your contact information with the link attached : https://forms.gle/p8Q17Yte7ZoWcFa28 we look forward speaking with you soon.
