What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide direct support to GE Appliances owners, focusing on sales and service inquiries
- Resolve customer issues through troubleshooting, sales, service, and referrals
- Create, update, and retrieve owner records to log complaints and resolutions
- Provide feedback to improve training materials and processes
- Adhere to safety policies to maintain a safe work environment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales environment
- Strong initiative and ability to follow through on owner issues
- Excellent concentration and attention to detail in daily activities
- Proficient verbal, written, and interpersonal skills for effective communication
- Familiarity with web-based systems and MS Office Suite
