Customer Support Rep - Remote/Online - 3 to 4 Days a Week

We are looking to hire two people with the following skills: Excellent organizational skills and task management ability... Able to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner. You must be a native U. S. English speaker. Able to work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure listings and support tickets are handled in a timely manner. Able to manage yourself - our team functions very independently and you should be able to take responsibility for your work without the need for constant supervision. The two hires would work as a team, and on different days, to provide 7 day a week coverage (Sundays we just work in the morning). The final schedule is dependent upon what you work out together. The default expectation would be working two weekends a month 3-4 days a week (24-30 hours). Pay will adjust upward as you become more experienced and licensed. We would do a two month trial to make sure the job is what you want and that you are able to handle the tasks assigned.
