Communicate with customers, including patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers, and provide accurate and timely resolution to all inquiries and issues Must-Have Qualifications 1+ years in a call center environment Must be very tech savvy and can use over 4 software programs at once Schedule Saturday 9p-530a, Sunday 9p-530a, and Monday 630p-3a = 24 hour work week Pay There is a shift differential: Sat $19.20/hour, Sun $18.40/hour, Mon $16.00/hour Can pick up additional shifts (if needed), but cannot guarantee what shifts or 40 hours About TEKsystems We're partners in transformation.
