Job Type: Contract We are seeking a talented and experienced D365 Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Job Description: As a D365 Architect at [Company Name], you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, with a focus on customer service, marketing, and CRM. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and usability. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for customer service, marketing, and CRM. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams. • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of D365 applications. • Develop and maintain integrations between D365 and other systems. • Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and deployment guides. • Stay updated with the latest D365 features, updates, and industry trends. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience as a D365 Architect, with a strong focus on customer service, marketing, and CRM. • Proficiency in C# and .NET framework. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications and ecosystem. • Experience with D365 customizations, configurations, and extensions. • Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 certification(s). • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Familiarity with Azure services and cloud architecture. • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
