Position Overview: Join Our Accounting Support Team

arenaflex is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Clerk with strong Data Entry capabilities to support our accounting department in a critical six-month, full-time temporary on-site project assignment. This is not a remote position; the selected candidate will work directly at our Northvale, New Jersey facility, contributing to an important initiative focused on organizing, digitizing, and preserving our historical and current invoice records.

The Filing Clerk position represents a limited-duration project assignment with a clearly defined scope: to systematically organize, file, scan, photocopy, and digitize all current and historical accounting invoices, ensuring they are uploaded into the appropriate digital archival locations.   • Document Management and Filing: File, scan, and photocopy historical and current accounting documents in strict accordance with arenaflex document retention policies and procedures.
  • Invoice Organization: Systematically organize current invoices, ensuring that any missing or unaccounted-for invoices are thoroughly tracked, located, and properly filed within the established filing system.
  • Filing System Maintenance: Maintain and regularly update the physical and digital filing systems, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and easy retrieval of all accounting records.
  • Accounting Department Support: Provide direct assistance to the accounting department in maintaining clean, accurate, and well-organized records that support financial operations and audits.
  • Digital and Manual Filing: File paperwork both digitally and manually as necessary, adapting to the specific requirements of each document type and organizational standard.
  • Data Entry and Upload: Accurately upload scanned documents into the appropriate digital locations, ensuring proper categorization, labeling, and storage within the company database.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall efficiency and success of the accounting department and the organization.

Essential Qualifications and Educational Background
