What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth patient intake operations while delivering exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Patient Check-In and Registration: Greet patients upon arrival and guide them through the registration process with professionalism, accuracy, and warmth. Serve as the friendly face that helps patients navigate what can often be a stressful experience.
- Data Collection and Input: Efficiently collect and accurately input patient demographic information, insurance details, and medical history into our electronic health record systems. Compensation
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $14.00 - $15.96 per hour. Individual compensation is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
