Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative – Administrative Operations & Office Support Specialist will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and office support functions that keep arenaflex operating at peak performance. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, adaptable professional who is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, maintaining meticulous attention to detail, and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
This role requires a proactive individual who is always looking for new and effective ways to improve procedures, solve problems, and contribute to the overall success of the team. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Office Organization and Optimization: Organize the office environment and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures, improve workflow, and create a productive workplace atmosphere.

- Supply Chain Monitoring: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, handle shortages proactively, and coordinate timely restocking to prevent operational disruptions.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License and Dependable Transportation: The ability to travel locally as needed for work-related tasks is essential.
- Proven Administrative Experience: Demonstrated experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of back-office computer systems and enterprise software platforms.
