Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with qualified leads via web‑chat, email, and phone, presenting arenaflex’s cruise products and tailoring recommendations to each prospect’s travel preferences.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs‑analysis conversations, explain itineraries, stateroom options, onboard credits, and ancillary services such as specialty dining, spa packages, and shore‑excursions.

- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday (split): 6 am – 10 am & 5 pm – 9 pm
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (split): 8 am – 12 pm & 7 pm – 11 pm
All candidates must be open to any of the above schedules; assignments will be based on operational demand.
Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of outbound sales experience; two years preferred. Experience selling cruise vacations is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas in a fast‑paced environment.
