Key Responsibilities

Core Data Management Duties

  • Review, validate, and accurately enter all price‑change requests received from the merchant organization into the arenaflex Retail and arenaflex e‑commerce systems.
  • Identify and flag discrepancies in pricing data, ensuring that promotional, clearance, and permanent price updates align with business rules and contractual agreements.
  • Process store‑submitted cost and price changes, maintaining a seamless flow of information between merchants, stores, and finance teams.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to reopen point‑of‑sale (POS) transactions for invoice submission when necessary.
  • Generate, review, and distribute weekly price‑change reports that provide visibility into upcoming promotions, cost adjustments, and pricing accuracy metrics.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc requests for item maintenance, including the creation of new SKUs, attribute updates, and data clean‑up activities.
  • Support additional business divisions throughout the fiscal year by cross‑training on related data‑entry processes, ensuring continuity and resilience across the organization.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison between merchants, store teams, and internal stakeholders for all price‑change related inquiries.
  • Provide clear, concise, and timely communication regarding pricing updates, system limitations, and procedural changes.
  • Partner with the merchandising, finance, and technology teams to troubleshoot complex promotional pricing scenarios and propose data‑driven solutions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
