Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate, detail‑oriented, and tech‑savvy individuals to join our remote team as Healthcare Billing & Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will act as an extended business office for our healthcare clients, guiding patients and their families through complex medical statements, answering billing questions, and crafting affordable payment solutions. This is a full‑time, 40‑hour per week position with a flexible schedule (Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm MST) and a blend of remote work and a one‑day in‑office orientation for Colorado‑based candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empathetic Communication: Listen actively, demonstrate empathy, and use clear, jargon‑free language to explain medical charges, insurance adjustments, and patient responsibilities.
  • Payment Plan Development: Collaborate with patients to design realistic, affordable payment plans, process payments over the phone, and document all transactions accurately.
  • Accurate Documentation: Capture detailed call notes, follow‑up actions, and billing resolutions in our proprietary software, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and internal quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation & Incentive Structure

arenaflex offers a competitive base salary ranging from $37,440 to $43,680 annually, commensurate with experience.
