Job Summary: As a Remote Collections Representative, you will be responsible for contacting consumers by phone to discuss payment options, finding creative solutions to secure payment, and maintaining a high level of customer service and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Contact consumers by phone to discuss payment options and negotiate payment plans
- Find creative solutions to secure payment and meet performance goals
- Maintain a high level of customer service and compliance by adhering to all relevant regulations
- Accurately document customer interactions on the computer
- Apply techniques offered in training and coaching for continuous improvement towards performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications:
