Senior Financial Group (SFG) | East Tennessee Are you interested in building a career in Medicare insurance but tired of trying to figure it out on your own? Senior Financial Group is looking for motivated, coachable agents who want to build a long-term Medicare career through education, community relationships, and trusted client support. At SFG, you are not left to figure it out alone. We provide a proven system, hands-on training, local support, marketing resources, and real opportunities to meet people face-to-face in the community. This is a field-based opportunity for someone who wants to help individuals understand their Medicare options while building a lasting book of business. What You’ll Do As a Medicare Insurance Agent, you will:
- Meet with clients at local events, senior centers, community locations, and scheduled appointments
- Educate individuals on Medicare basics, enrollment timelines, and available plan options
- Help clients review their Medicare needs in a compliant and professional manner
- Manage appointments, follow-ups, and your sales pipeline
- Build relationships with local communities and referral partners
- Develop and service a long-term book of business

Who We’re Looking For This opportunity may be a strong fit if you are:
- Licensed in health insurance or willing to obtain your license
- New or early-career in Medicare, typically 0 to 3 years of experience
- Comfortable meeting people face-to-face in the community
- Coachable, consistent, and willing to follow a proven process
- Professional, relationship-focused, and motivated to grow
- Interested in building a career, not just chasing one-time sales
