Job Description
These work from home opportunities require individuals who strive to provide next-level care to clients and their customers and can excel in an environment where leads are provided. In this role, you will: Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospects with the goal of enrolling them in relevant insurance products Build rapport with callers to gain trust and understanding; gather all required data Determine eligibility and maintain/improve quality results by adhering to established standards and guidelines Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participate in educational opportunities Manage prospect follow-up calls to ensure timely responses Accurately process application/ information in systems; track and record outcomes, issues and inquiries and escalate as needed What we offer: An hourly rate of $17.27/hour as well as additional incentives and monthly reward & recognition programs Medical, dental and vision benefits Paid training & PTO Advancement opportunities 80% of our frontline leaders have been promoted from within Employee Discounts EAP & Health and Wellness programs including a personal trainer dedicated to Sutherland
Qualifications
An active state Life or Life and Health insurance license Basic PC keyboarding skills and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience Must complete the state exam for your life and health license prior to starting your on-the-job training Preferred: Experience working with POS applications Previous remote or call center experience 2+ years of sales experience Additional Information We will provide equipment, however to work from home, you must have: Excellent Internet connectivity: Internet access speeds of at least 5 Mbps upload and 50 Mbps download the faster the better! In-house network, and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.
