Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct diligent follow‑ups for another 2 hours, nurturing leads through the sales funnel and addressing objections with confidence.
  • Drive organic account growth for 2 hours by curating engaging content, optimizing profiles, and leveraging platform algorithms.
  • Respond to active leads and close sales during a focused 1 hour 30 minutes window, meeting or exceeding daily revenue targets.
  • Allocate 30 minutes to team communication, reporting, and daily management tasks to ensure alignment with arenaxflex’s performance standards.
  • Collaborate with senior coaches, lead trainers, and the client‑success team to continuously refine messaging, scripts, and outreach tactics.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to accelerate personal and team growth.

Essential Qualifications

  • Advanced English proficiency (C1‑C2) – native‑level fluency is required to convey nuanced value propositions and build trust with English‑speaking prospects.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a fully functional desktop or laptop, and a smartphone for multi‑platform engagement.
  • Full‑time availability: at least 8 hours per day, plus a minimum of 2 hours on weekends to accommodate global time zones.
