Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently input data into our systems, ensuring high-quality data management and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Manage and maintain data records, performing regular updates and ensuring data integrity.
  • Utilize MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to perform data entry tasks and generate reports.
  • Demonstrate expertise in retail math concepts and apply them to data entry tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data management processes.
  • Travel to CVS Health locations (5-10% of the time) for training, meetings, or other business purposes as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of retail math concepts and ability to apply them to data entry tasks.
  • Experience with data entry or a related field, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with database management systems, such as Access or other relational databases.
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, including pharmacy or medical terminology.
