Seeking a Texas Licensed Principal Sales Engineer in Healthcare, this full-time remote position will lead complex technical sales scenarios, drive innovation in healthcare, and act as a bridge between customers, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact sales engagements and complex Proof of Values (POV) from inception to completion, resolving technical objections and challenging the status quo
  • Engage C-level customer executives in technical and business transformation discussions, creating reference architectures and representing the company at industry events
  • Mentor Sales Engineers and coordinate with Product Management to enhance technical training and enablement based on market trends

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise cybersecurity sales engineering or solutions architecture, with 3+ years in the partner ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of security, networking, authentication, and SD-WAN technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives and manage executive-level relationships
  • Proven capability to navigate between high-level strategy and hands-on technical execution
