Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in API integrations to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will gather business requirements, analyze integration needs, create technical documentation, and support API implementation projects involving internal and third-party systems . - s.Collaborate with business users, product owners, developers, QA teams, and external vendor
- s.Translate business requirements into functional and technical specification
- s.Analyze REST and SOAP APIs for system integratio
- n.Create API mapping documents, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, and process workflow
- s.Work closely with engineering teams during API development and implementatio
- n.Validate API requests and responses using tools such as Postman or Swagge
