The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dynamic, articulate, and customer-obsessed Multilingual Customer Support Representative fluent in German, English, and Russian to join our international player support team. What You Will Do
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be the trusted expert our players turn to when they need help. Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of player support, technical troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Be the go-to expert for technical support across our free-to-play mobile games, helping players navigate a wide range of platforms including iOS, Android, and various tablet devices. You will manage incoming player tickets, investigate issues, and coordinate with support engineers to deliver timely and accurate solutions.
- Engage with a global player base, offering clear, friendly, and effective technical advice and assistance in German, English, and Russian. Your communication will be tailored to users of all technical backgrounds, from first-time smartphone owners to seasoned gamers.
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve issues swiftly, working hand-in-hand with diverse internal teams such as production, quality assurance, game design, programming, legal, and marketing. Your ability to collaborate across departments will ensure that player concerns are addressed at every level and that feedback flows back into product improvements.
- Apply your research and analytical skills to investigate recurring issues, develop knowledge base articles, suggest process enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our support services and player experience.
- Maintain high standards of empathy and professionalism in every interaction, understanding that behind every ticket is a real person who has chosen to spend their leisure time enjoying a game made by arenaflex.
- Document player feedback and trends, sharing insights that help shape future game updates, features, and community initiatives.

Essential Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.

- Excellent communication skills in Russian, both verbal and written, allowing you to support a large and engaged player community.

- Self-discipline and comfort working remotely, with the ability to manage your time effectively in a distributed team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in tech, gaming, or a related digital industry.
- Personal experience playing mobile games, particularly free-to-play titles, which helps you understand the player perspective.
- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
- Understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS and Android) and common troubleshooting steps for app-based products.
- A background or interest in one or more of the languages and cultures of the regions you will be supporting, allowing you to engage authentically with diverse player communities.
